FOTD: lush colour supplement & bare escentuals playlist palette

Hello, lovelies! Hope you all are having a fantastic Friday/Veteran's Day/11-11-11, etc. Unfortunately, I still have two days of work left before my weekend - I can't wait! I bought practically nothing last week, so I can't wait to shop!  If you're curious, here's what's at the top of my wish list:

Okay, enough of that.  I wanted to another (read: better; read: took longer than 3 minutes) FOTD using the LUSH Colour Supplement, which on day 3 is still rocking my world. I also wanted to show you another new Bare Escentuals product that I'm loving to death - the Ready 8.0 The Playlist palette.  Um, AMAZING. Bare Escentuals has SO upped their game!

Ha! This is such a "Bitch, please" face.

This is the Bare Escentuals Playlist palette.  It's my first foray into Bare Escentuals pressed eyeshadows, and I'm thoroughly impressed! These are smooth, soft, and very pigmented! And, now this is rare, I love every shade in the palette! The only one I have yet to use is the red on the bottom left, but I do love reds, and I'm sure I'll be using it soon.  It's basically the perfect holiday palette.  The packaging is super sleek and slim, with a huge mirror as well. Love it, love it, love it. Oh, I did want to point out that some shadows seem to look better applied wet, like shade #3. Dry it looked kind of flat, but wet it was gorgeous! I always recommend trying shadows wet (i.e. with a wet brush) before discarding them as not-so-great. It doesn't work for everything, but when it does, it's worth the effort!

Top: Shades 1-4; Bottom: Shades 5-8

I busted out my Fresh Strawberry Flowers perfume today.  Why I am so into spring/summer scents right now? Shouldn't it be all about cozy, spicy scents? Oh well!

Oh, and another thing, this happened:

And this:

And this was spotted:

You better believe I tore this down "as a soon is possible"!

And, lastly, this is what I wake up to:

Get up, lazy!

Alright, that's all for today.  Thanks for reading and have a great weekend, loves!

xoxo,
<3 Jess
